  • Order information be typed in English for efficient processing.
  • Check your order again for correct product details and selection(s).
  • We ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order MUST MATCH your shipping address.
  • We accept most credit cards and PayPal at this time.
  • Orders processed timely after payment verification. 
  • We follow your order every step of the way. We also send to you a tracking code once your order is processed (allow a few days after order). See Order Lookup on our homepage to track your order status or use www.17track.net and enter your tracking number.
  • Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

How Much Will Shipping Cost?

U.S. Shipping is $3.95 and International is $9.95 - $11.95. Some products offer FREE shipping too. Additional products added to cart require additional shipping charges.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Here are some of countries we ship too:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States and APO/FBO. WE CAN'T SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.

*Customers located outside of the US must have a matching billing and shipping address. Your order will be canceled if your international address doesn't match. This is for fraud reasons.

Why Didn’t My Package Come Together In One Order?

We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, China and Singapore). Our inventory is distributed over multiple fulfilment centers around the world in order for you to receive the order faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive an item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once as the others are on the way. If you do not receive all your purchase within 8 weeks, please contact us to look into your shipment.

How Long Will My Order Take To Be Delivered?

Allow approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on your location. A few international countries may take longer depending on location.

*How Do I Track My Package?

We make tracking easy. We follow your product every step of the way and you can to as we update you on your product and you will have the tracking code too. Or track via www.17track.net or www.usps.com using your tracking code.

Why Can’t I Track My Order?

We will send you a tracking number when your order ships. Simply enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package.

Why Is My Shipment Status Not Updating?

Your shipment may be delayed for many reasons. Common delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs.

Help! There Is A Problem With My Shipment

If there's an issue with your package, please contact us via email cs@hiplidz.com. Please be sure to include your order and tracking numbers, a brief explanation of the problem, and any case or reference numbers you have started with the carrier.

Customs Charges

The value and shipping information is printed on a sticker on the outside of the package when your order is shipped. We will mark the package as gift for our customers. BUT duties and taxes are calculated and charged by customs officials in your country. As such, they are beyond our control. As the importer of record, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and any other charges that your country chooses to impose for the import.

If you refuse to pay customs, we can only issue refund for your order once your postal service has returned the package back to us. Sometimes it takes 1-2 months to retrieve the package back for your postal service.

How Much Will Customs Charges Be For My Country?

As charges are individually assessed by your country’s officials upon import, we are unable to provide an estimate on how much you may be charged for customs. Charges vary from case to case. Instead, please try contacting the customs officials in your country to get a better idea of what the customs charges may be for your order.

Current payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and PayPal.

Our products are listed in US Dollar.

*Due to possible fraud issues customers located outside of the US must have a matching billing and shipping address. Your order will be canceled if your international address don't match. This is for your own protection. Thank you! 

Oh No! I Need To Modify My Order

Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email within 24 hours after placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.



Hiplidz has a 30 day refund policy for all orders placed through Hiplidz.com with the exception of print on demand products. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply contact us for return instructions and a refund. Please note we can only accept returns that are unopened and unused. See Refund Policy for further details.

What If I Received A Damaged Product?

We always try source for the best quality products for our customers. However, there are many factors that might have resulted your products to be damaged in the transit.

If you received a defective/damaged item, please kindly contact us by sending an email to us in the contact form, let us know your problem and please don't forget to attach photos/videos which can clearly show the issue.

Missing Packages

For international shipments, contact your local post office first and ask if they are holding the package for you due to customs. Otherwise, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address that has been provided to us.
