After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact us:  cs@hiplidz.com and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified since your order is custom printed. Free store shipping promotions do not apply to special product offers, i.e. a free plus shipping promotions (Free Just Pay Shipping).

Your order is custom printed just for you! We can’t be responsible for refunds or exchanges due to a mistake in the order or in the choice of the design or in error entering shipping address information. To help you in choosing the right size and product, we have made available a size chart and any other necessary information on each product page.

Damaged/Incorrect Order:
